D-190 DuraPoxy™ Epoxy-Modified Grout and Mortar Admixture


D-190 DuraPoxy™ Epoxy-Modified Grout and Mortar Admixture, when mixed with Durabond® Fortified Tile Grout (sanded only), is for interior and exterior installations to set and/or grout all ceramic, porcelain, quarry, granite, slate, marble, limestone, and dimension stone tiles. Exceeds ANSI A118.8.

As A Mortar:
When used with Durabond Sanded Fortified Tile Grout, D-190 DuraPoxy  is designed for interior and exterior installations to set all ceramic, quarry, porcelain, granite, slate, cultured marble, pre-cast terrazzo and dimension stone tile. Use over properly prepared concrete; structurally sound, exterior grade plywood (interior/dry use only); cementitious backer board; DuraGuard D-222, and existing, well-bonded vinyl/VCT or ceramic tile. NOTE:  Not for use with moisture sensitive stone.

EzPoxyTM Mortar & Grout 100% Solids Epoxy


EzPoxy™ Mortar & Grout 100% Solids Epoxy is for interior or exterior, vertical or horizontal installations. Typical applications include commercial and residential kitchens, lobbies, bathrooms, fast food restaurants, breweries, dairies, wineries, factories, shopping malls, meat processors, and distilleries.

As A Mortar: EzPoxy Mortar & Grout is a suitable bonding mortar for interior applications only. Use to set all ceramic, quarry, porcelain, granite, slate,pre-cast Terrazzo, dimension stone tiles, and moisture sensitive stone. Use over properly prepared concrete; structurally sound, exterior grade plywood (interior/dry use only); cementitious backer board; Hydroment Gold, Ultra-Set® Advanced, Black-Top 90210™, Durabond®  D-222 DuraGuard and existing, well bonded vinyl/VCT or ceramic tile. As a bonding mortar, EzPoxy Mortar & Grout should be for interior use only.

D-70™ ProFlex™ Mortar


High performance extremely flexible multi-purpose latex-modified thin set mortar D-70™ Proflex Mortar is a high performance, extremely flexible, multi-purpose latex-modified thin-set mortar, used for interior or exterior installations to set porcelain, glass, ceramic, granite, slate, marble, limestone and dimension stone tiles. Use over properly prepared concrete; structurally-sound, exterior grade plywood (interior/dry use only); cementitious backer board; D-222™ Duraguard; existing well-bonded vinyl/VCT or ceramic tile; cutback adhesive residue (dry only) and floors equipped with radiant heat.

D-65TM High Performance Non-Sag Mortar


Durabond D-65 is for interior or exterior, commercial or residential installations to set all types of porcelain, Saltillo, ceramic, granite, slate, marble, limestone, and dimension stone tiles. D-65 is formulated to prevent large bodied ceramic, porcelain and stone tiles from slipping in vertical applications.  D-65 is also suitable for installing floor tiles.

D-60™ Medium Set Mortar


D-60 Medium-Set is a premium latex-modified, medium-set mortar used for interior or exterior installations to set all large sized ceramic, porcelain, granite, slate, marble, limestone, and dimension stone tiles. Use over properly prepared concrete; structurally-sound, exterior grade plywood (interior/dry use only); cementitious backer board; D-222™ Duraguard; and existing, well-bonded vinyl/VCT or ceramic tile. D-60™ Medium-Set Mortar may also be used as a leveling bed to compensate for uneven tile and stone thickness; smooth irregular or uneven substrates; or to minimize lippage. 

  • Latex-Modified — Add water only
  • Exceeds ANSI A118.4 & ANSI A118.11
  • Use from 1/8” to 3/4” thick
  • Use for all tile and stone (except moisture sensitive marble)
  • Helps prevent lippage between large tiles

D-55™ Fast Set Mortar (formerly D-5500™)


D-55™ Fast Set is a premium, latex-modified, fast setting mortar used for interior or exterior installations to set ceramic, porcelain, granite, slate, marble, limestone, and dimension stone tiles. Use over properly prepared concrete; structurally-sound, exterior grade plywood (interior/dry use only); cementitious backer board; D-222™ Duraguard; and existing, well-bonded vinyl/VCT or
ceramic tile. D-55 Fast Set may also be used as a leveling bed to compensate for uneven tile and stone thickness; smooth irregular or uneven substrates; or to minimize lippage between tiles.
D-55 Fast Set is ideal for commercial installations where downtime is limited or to set and grout tile in the same day.

It provides outstanding workability, excellent durability, and superior bond strengths in interior and exterior applications when used in conjunction with the Schluter®-DITRA uncoupling membrane and Schluter®-KERDI waterproofing membrane. Use D-25 DitraSet™ to install the membranes over substrates approved by Schluter®-Systems and to set ceramic, porcelain, and stone tile over Schluter®-DITRA and Schluter®-KERDI.
